International Trade and Sea Carriage Law is a body of law that governs the rights and duties of shippers, carriers and consignees of marine cargo. 

Bills of Lading Contracts

A bill of lading (BL or BoL) is a legal document issued by a carrier to a shipper that details the type, quantity, and destination of the goods being carried.

Understand the function of the charter party in relation to both the sale and carriage of goods.
