Paul Aston is currently providing his services to HFW as a Consultant. HFW is one of the largest law firm headquartered in London. He has lived and practiced in four different jurisdictions and all whilst employed with HFW(London, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore offices). He founded the Singapore office of HFW in Dec 1990 and is qualified as a solicitor of the High Court of England and Wales, the Court of Hong Kong and is a registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore.

A passionate leader, mentor, and a life-long learner with over 30 years of experience and a proven track record in C-Suite roles in Commercial Shipping with additional skills in Maritime Law, Digital Transformation and Data Analytics. Building on the previous experiences in Precious Shipping, Noble Chartering and Torvald Klaveness. He also teaches at Singapore Management University and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) Academy.

Justice (Retd.) K.D. Shahi
Allahabad High Court LLB (Gold Medalist, Gorakhpur University) and LLM (Lucknow University) and has 40 years of experience as a Judicial Officer. He has held several distinguished positions post his retirement which includes president of State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Govt of Uttarakhand.
